Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho Level One allows you to learn the art of Self healing with Reiki via the Activation of the Palm Chakras. You can give Reiki to yourself and some close family and friends for free and get used to the flow of Reiki in your body before working with others as a paid for service ( Level 2 Attunement ).

 

Your Level One Reiki course will cover the topics  below and then be followed by your actual Reiki attunement. Right after your attunement you will give a Full body Reiki Treatment to myself, so you can engage with this new energy immediately, and then at the end of the day you will receive your Certification for Reiki Level One.

In the First Level Introduction to Reiki Level 1 Attunement you will: 

 

+ Have an introduction to Reiki and the basic theory behind it

+ Learn the more indepth History of Reiki and about Dr Mikao Usui, Dr. Chujiro Hayashi and Mrs. Takata

+ Learn about Understanding working with Energy on a general level

+ Discover The Chakras, Auras and Meridians and how they play a part in Reiki

+ Tune into the Ethics of Reiki

+ Learn Traditional Reiki Techniques

+ Have access to Meditation/Grounding Techniques that will help you Focus your Healing in a Grounded Way 

+ Discover The Reiki Hand Positions for Self Healing and for Treating Others

+ Have the Reiki Level One Attunement 

+ Give a full body Reiki Treatment straight after your attunement 

+ Presentation of Your Certificate Reiki Level One Attunement

 This is a One Day Course from 10am until 4/5pm in the comfort of your own home! I will bring my Reiki table to you and your course material. We will take a break for lunch after the first part of learning and then in the afternoon concentrate on the actual attunement and then you will give your very first Reiki treatment to activate Reiki within you for the first time yourself!

I am available to you any time you like either via email, phone or in person after your attunement for any guidance or support you may need. This important stage in your Healing Journey can throw up alot of new felt energy that you haven't experienced before, or you well may unlock many psychic powers within yourself that you never knew existed even, so I will be here for you for as much or as little support you feel you need along the way after attunement.
