10 top Crystals for Grounding

There are so many ways to Ground, but one of my absolute daily Weapon of Choice has been Crystals for at least the last 4-5 years! I have found Crystals Invaluable in my Own Spiritual Progression, and to the Many People I have given Crystals to also! Crystals are Gifts from Mother Nature and I give so much Thanks for them for being present in my Life and I have to share my favourite Grounding Crystals and the amazing properties they behold.

So much focus is given on how to Raise your Vibration and don't get me wrong I will blog about the best Crystals to do this myself shortly, but Grounding Stones and Crystals should focus First I feel.

I Think of Grounding Crystals ( Listed Below) as the Base of a Pyramid. The first bottom Layer of 3 Layers is Grounding Crystals listed below. The next layer would be Mid Range activation Crystals such as Carnelian, Tigers Eye, Citrine, Serpentine, Rose Quartz, Green Moss Agate, Jade, Labradorite and many more. And then you have the Raise your Vibration High End Crystals such as Herkimer Diamond, White Quartz, Lepidolite, Selenite to name a few on the very top layer - the smallest layer of all in the Pyramid. The High Vibration last Layer Used wisely and in smaller doses than the base and mid layers.....

With that said, Here are my top 10 Crystals I use daily in meditation at my Root Chakra, and also by placing Grounding Stones and Crystals at the bottom of my bed I sleep with them within my Aura - very helpful to anyone finding Grounding tricky or that just wants to Ground each night upon sleeping! Lava Stone

Lava Stone is such a Lovely Earthy Stone for me! It varies between textures and some of it is Pumice like and rough to touch. I personally like the smooth stones - the denser smoother rocks. They are so Dense and Earth Bound with Energy! The Bracelets I also have of this Denser version of the Lava is so Grounding when worn! Search Lava Stone bracelet - they are mostly this Denser smooth Lava Stone that feels so Healing to wear. I highly recommend wearing it on the left hand or even your ankle :) Or place some at the base of your bed, or even hold some in your hand for smooth deep sleep. A Friendly, Easy Going Grounding Stone for any time. Lava Stone is a grounding stone that strengthens one's connection to Mother Earth

Shungite

Shungite is a Pretty Hardcore stripper of Negativity. Maybe not a Go to Crystal, but when you really feel you wish to get rid of Lingering Negativity then use Shungite! It Grounds but also does so much more and pretty much Engulfs ANY Negative Vibe that dare come near you. Not to be used all the time, but as and when you need to pull out the "Big Guns" so to speak! Powerful Coal like stone, Not to Be Under Estimated and used as an When needed.

Haematite

Haematite is a smooth tactile Earth Bound Healer. It has more Subtle Energy than some other Grounding Stones, but holds its' own and works well in Conjunction with Higher Vibration Crystals Such as Moldavite and Herkimer Crystals.

Mugglestone :

Mugglestone is such a Curious "Old" English name and always makes me Chuckle, yet this Stone is so Powerful in the Realms of being a Protective and Grounding Stone/Crystal that I respect it massively. It is a perfect combination of Tiger Eye, Hematite and Red Jasper and is known for transmuting negative energy into the positive. It packs a Gentle yet Mean Punch and can used Daily if needed!

Smokey Quartz:

Smokey Quartz is a Beautiful Soft Energy for Grounding. I find ALL Quartz crystals energising to work with and this includes the Smokey Quartz for Grounding! It is so Gentle and in place with Nature in how it Grounds you. If you wish to Ground Gently then Smokey Quartz is a good choice. Smoky quartz is a powerful grounding gemstone. It stimulates and balances all chakra centers, particularly the root chakra.

Red Jasper :

Red Jasper has a slightly fire way of Grounding, yet also it is an Earthly common element containing mostly chalcedony. It's Red Colour Signifies this stones willingness to be Rooted at the Base Chakra and has powerful Grounding properties. Red Jasper is an ancient and sacred stone that has held meaning throughout dozens of cultures since the beginning of human existence.

Garnet :

The deep and Sensual colours of this stone are precious alone! Garnet, a spiritual stone of higher thinking and self-empowerment, is well placed as a beautiful Grounding Stone. Garnet is also known as the Stone of Health. It can help get rid of negative energies and transmute them to into positive ones. If you are looking for potent healing, grounding, and deep connection to Mother Earth, then Garnet can help you find your way.

Black Tourmaline :

Black Tourmaline is an everyday tool for me!! It is without doubt one of my top Crystals for getting rid of Negative Energy! You can always hold this Crystal all day long as well as sleep with it to Transform energy! That said please do cleanse this Crystal often, as it can accumulate energy more quickly than others in my experience. Black Tourmaline crystal is a powerful stone for protection against negative energy of all kinds including psychic protection and EMF protection.

Nuummite :

Nuummite has such a strong vibration !Nuummite is said to be one of the oldest minerals in the world and In Spiritual Circles it has become known as The Sorcerers Stone. Once you begin to resonate with its powerful energy you may understand why. This ancient stone embodies strong metaphysical properties and you may find once you activate them, you find the Magic Within You.

Lava Stone with Peridot Inclusions :

Lava Stone is Spewed Molten Rock from Deep Within the Earth and in this case also littered with Peridot Crystals! It was once believed that the green peridot crystals found in volcanic ashes were the tears of the volcano goddess, Pele. I LOVE Lava stone and especially stones with the Peridot Crystal Inclusion for Grounding! It is such a Heart Based vibe with the Beautiful Olive Green Crystals combined with the Pure Black Lava Rock.
